Hello Friends,
This week, we have 4 videos.
  • UnderWater_Intro_IntroBreathing:The first is a simple intro with our intro breath work and a reminder for where we left off last time.
  • 10Minute_Movement_Brain_Break: This is a simple 10 minute brain break. We move through some yoga poses to get our body and breath working. This is great to do to break up your day, between school work or after sitting for a while.
  • 4Minute_Breathing_Brain_Break: This is a simple 3-4 minute brain break, focussing more on breathing. We work through elephant breath and a few simple stretches. This might be good when your kiddo is showing A LOT of energy but it isn't being focussed in the most productive way. This can be used as a quick re-set.
  • Conclusion_Meditaion_Story: This is a longer video that picks up where our story left off last time. Our mermaid had left us with a gift and this is where we get to find out what it is. We also use this gift as a means to relax. This is a longer savasana into a story written by Kobi Yamada. This can be used at night or when your kiddo could use/would be receptive to a longer calm down video.
