Week 5 of Digital Class Makeups
This week we take a different approach to the movement and breath break. It is a bit of a longer movement/breath break, aimed at helping your child cultivate more body awareness, specifically with regards to how various stretches and poses open our bodies in different ways. This is meant to be more about movement and warming up the body (i.e. less focus on deep relaxation/calming down) so it is great for the morning or afternoon. There is less focus on slowing down so, keep that in mind when choosing the time of day to play this video for your kiddos.
