 Give your child the opportunity to build the skills they need to be successful throughout the school year. This workshop is designed to support the emotional well being of your child by allowing them to deepen their mind-body connection while developing emotional intelligence to support themselves. The workshop offers a combination of age appropriate yoga, breath work, story time, games, music, and crafts, all designed to support your child in building emotional regulation skills for greater success in school and at home. Little Belly Breaths creates a multi-sensory environment designed to appeal to variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic and intellectual). 

In all classes we include activities that promote kindness to self and others as well as patience, generosity, and gratitude.

We provide a wrap-up to parents covering the concepts, breath work, yoga, and mindfulness activities for each lesson. The goal is to better facilitate engagement with your student about the topic of breathing and moving with one’s breath so that you can cue these skills when they are most needed.

*Age appropriate groups will be formed based on enrollment. Child must be 4 AND fully potty trained. Minimum enrollment numbers must be confirmed by July 16th in order for camp to run as scheduled

Pamela Daniels RYT, MBA
Pamela is the founder of Little Belly Breaths and creator of school-based yoga and mindfulness curriculum as well as tailored programs for individual students. Pamela teaches weekly classes in schools across Boulder, Denver, Longmont, Erie and Broomfield. www.littlebellybreaths.yoga/staff-bio.html

Rachael Collins MA, LPC, R-DMT
Rachael is a somatic psychotherapist and trained yoga teacher. She works in private practice focusing on supporting people to connect to themselves through their body-mind connection in order to achieve more freedom and satisfaction in their lives. Her areas of focus are anxiety, depression, life stress/ transition, trauma, and parent-child attachment. www.rachael-collins.com
