Little Belly Breaths For Ages 2-6A breathing, movement and mindfulness practice for ages 2-6. Little Belly Breaths creates a multi-sensory environment designed to appeal to variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic and intellectual). The Little Belly Breaths curriculum encourages growth and nourishment in a fun, playful, non-competitive environment. We combine traditional yoga poses (modified to be age appropriate, and with easy-to-remember names) with creative expression, storytelling, breathing and mindfulness games and quite a bit of silliness.

GroupAn 8-week course designed for 6-8 children ages 2-6. Designed using the individual needs of the children, group courses focus on topics such as kindness to self and others as well as patience, generosity, and gratitude.
