Private Yoga Lessons

Little Belly Breaths offers private yoga lessons to adults of all experiences and fitness levels. Your private yoga lessons will be customized to meet your individual goals, fitness level and body type. These private lessons are designed for those with zero yoga experience to the intermediate yoga practitioner, and anywhere in between. You will receive the personalized instruction necessary to develop a greater understanding of yoga and the many benefits, including optimizing your health, reducing stress, reducing anxiety, and fine tuning your practice. A private yoga instructor is appropriate for virtually all fitness levels.
With private yoga lessons, we will zero in on your goals to provide tailored instruction based on your health, body type and lifestyle. Semi-Private Yoga Lessons
Semi-private yoga lessons are available for those looking for a more personal experience than one would get in a public class setting. These classes offer many of the benefits of private yoga instruction while sharing the cost with the other group members. Semi-private lessons have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 students.
