Little Belly Breaths For Ages 2-6

A breathing, movement and mindfulness practice for ages 2-6.  ​Little Belly Breaths creates a multi-sensory environment designed to appeal to variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic and intellectual). The Little Belly Breaths curriculum encourages growth and nourishment in a fun, playful, non-competitive environment. We combine traditional yoga poses (modified to be age appropriate, and with easy-to-remember names) with creative expression, storytelling, breathing and mindfulness games and quite a bit of silliness.

Parent/Child Yoga Ages 2-8 with Parent

Connect with your child through yoga and partner poses, breath work, interactive yoga activities and relaxation. The Little Belly Breaths Parent/Child yoga course provides a fun way for you to nourish your relationships in a space that encourages laughter, play, creativity and the development of new relaxation and stress management techniques.
4-week/ 6-week sessions available

An 8-week course designed for 6-8 children ages 2-6. Designed using the individual needs of the children, group courses focus on topics such as kindness to self and others as well as patience, generosity, and gratitude. This would be a great option to help with Kindergarten preparedness.

Private & Semi-Private Mindfulness Training Program

Ages 7-18

Playful, FUN and active course that uses mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, yoga, and relaxation to introduce kids to a long-term way of managing stress.  Research links mindfulness training and education in youth to increased self-awareness, emotional regulation, and improved focus and attention--and improved overall health and well-being.  This would be a great option to help with Kindergarten preparedness.

Private Family​

 ​Designed specifically for each individual family, this course focuses on what the family uniquely needs in order to nourish individual relationships. The customized course will help you feel more connected, respected, loved, and offers new ways for families to communicate, understand and enjoy their time together and apart.

Life is hard and busy and we can all do better. This course is perfect for families who need a little extra support making positive changes or implementing new routines in order to fulfill their potential as a family on loving, supportive, compassionate individuals.
